centos 6.10(final) - [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 6 - "Couldn't resolve host 'dev.centos.org'"

Hi, I want to install PHP7 on the server in order to upgrade a software there.

But when I tried to install it by following the available guides: https://www.tecmint.com/install-php-7-in-centos-6/

I encountered this error:

You know that CentOS 6 has only about 3 weeks of life left before it dies? There is no point in performing massive changes on a soon to be dead operating system. You need to be moving to a newer version about 6 months ago...
