gdmsetup not found.

The 'gdmsetup' configuration utility is not part of 'workstation' installation.

Is this program still available?

If is not available, where do I find instructions on gdm setup for permitting
remote access via XDMCP?

It is not in CentOS/EL6. Perhaps the [url=http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/html/Installation_Guide/ch24s03.html]upstream docs[/url] will help.
