Upgrade can not connect to DVD2(64bit)

The Upgrade from centos 5.6 to centos 6.0 need die DVD2 for 64bit. I insert the DVD 2. Then ist the messages: Can not connect to Disk. Please insert the Centos-Disk2. Change the Disk. Can i help you.

Did you check the media before installing to be sure it was good?

More information would be helpful.
There is no supported 'upgrade' from 5.6 to 6.0.
