As root, CD to containing directory, then
# yum install librecad-2.0.0rc1.git20130625-2.1.i686.rpm
Loaded plugins: aliases, changelog, downloadonly, fastestmirror, kabi, refresh-packagekit, security, tmprepo, verify, versionlock
Loading support for CentOS kernel ABI
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
Not sure about the two suggestions. I do not see either of them in the man or help files.

Try installing the repo. Copy this file:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositori ... allaz.repo

to /etc/yum.repos.d/

Then run:

yum install librecad

That will find and install the packages that are required.

Thanks to you all I now have a installed and working LibreCAD. It is a shame it is in a foreign language, Gujarati I think. But at least it works.

Just to be on the safe side, once it was installed I altered the new repo to 'enabled=0'. I thought tis was wise as I do not want any conflicts with future updates.

Thanks again for all your help. I will now (finally) mark this thread as 'Solved'.
