Nginx won't stop?

wget freevps.us/downloads/nginx-centos-6.sh -O - |bash

(Which has worked fine for me in the past)

Nginx won't allow me to service nginx stop or restart it, in order to stop it I have to kill the PID's manually.

Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature. You have provided no substantive information except the source of the script.

That seems to be a rather complicated script that drastically alters the repo configuration and replaces a lot of CentOS packages with Atomic and other packages. I don't see how we can support it here.
