I'm using CentOS 6 with KDE, but there is no packagekit unlike the Gnome edition. When I try to install it it says it's already the latest. However, I cannot find it under the Applications.

Not familiar with it, but I'd try doing "rpm -ql PackageKit" and reading the man pages.

Sorry for the late response I've been a bit busy lately. I ended up going back to Gnome since I didn't have the time to look at it. Might look at it again in the future. Thanks for the help.:)
