Bind in CentOS6 configuration (migrating from 5)

In CentOS6 the configuration tool of 'system-config-bind' is no longer available. I used to run that command to get the basic files. Then place my configuration in place.

In CentOS5 the symlink would be created linking /var/named/chroot/etc/named to /etc/named.conf

[bvten@ns1 ~]# ls -l /etc/named.conf
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 32 Jul 8 2010 /etc/named.conf -> /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf

In CentOS6 does the symlink get placed in the same location, also I have read that bind configurations from 5 will not work in 6?

Has anyone migrated to 6 with existing bind configurations, if so what problems did you encounter and what is the correct placement of the symlink?

thanks

Hi
bind's configuration files on CentOS 6 differ from CentOS 5.
Install bind and bind-chroot rpm packages and add required changes to configuration files.
Don't replace them.
