Can't use yum install kchmviewer to install, can't find it...
Can't use yum localinstall kchmviewer-something.rpm, a lot of depencies,(some dot o files) but clearly needs just one or two packages to fix it, but don't know which one.
Can't use tar.gz file to recompile, because can't even use make command, a lot of errors..
HELP, PLEASE!! I want to read chm file under CentOS 6.

Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature. Reading those pages, and the links they contain would very likely have enabled you to find the answer yourself. In particular, Installing Software, Package Management with Yum, Source Installs, and Repositories, may be of interest. Note the warnings and advice about installing and configuring the yum priorities plugin. Non-core repos should have a higher numeric value, which is a lower priority. Lower is "better" as in golf scores.
