PHP MySQL library version 5.1.54 differs from your MySQL ser

Hello.
I got the message in phpMyAdmin: Your PHP MySQL library version 5.1.54 differs from your MySQL server version 5.5.42

And the worring that The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some extended features have been deactivated. Find out why.
Or alternately go to 'Operations' tab of any database to set it up there.

It probably came after system updated.

Can anybody help me to fix this issue, please?

CentOS does not ship MySQL version 5.5.
Is this a virtual machine?
Is it running cPanel or Plesk?

This is VPS.
No Cpanel. I just use console.

Then you broke it yourself or installed an incompatible repo file.

Where did you obtain your copy of MySQL 5.5?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

Please post the output of 'yum repolist all' and 'rpm -q mysql-server'.

I instaled mysql long time ago. I've got no any warring after instalation.

Is that command corrcet?
yum repolist all' and 'rpm -q mysql-server
I got just this

No. Please execute two separate commands, as follows --

yum repolist all

rpm -q mysql-server

Those are two separate commands as the quotes indicate.
You stated that you installed mysql yourself, but didn't say how, nor answer Trevor's question about where you obtained it.

Once you go outside of the CentOS supplied packages, you no longer have support for that program.
Not knowing how you installed that copy of MySQL, I cannot suggest how to un-install it and install the correct version.
In addition, you may have to dump your databases before downgrading your MySQL and reload them after installing the supported version.
Your other option is to go to the supplier of your current version for support and instructions on how to install the matching libraries.
That version, however, is not supported here.
