Install libtimedate-perl on CentOS

Post by DiViNe » 2015/06/16 07:27:55

Hello

I need to install libtimedate-perl . I tried that with yum install libtimedate-perl

Code: Select all

Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, refresh-packagekit, security
Setting up Install Process
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
 * base: centos.bio.lmu.de
 * extras: centos.bio.lmu.de
 * updates: centos.mirrors.psw.services
No package libtimedate-per
What's the proper way to install it?

Thanks for you help

Cheers

Try perl-TimeDate.noarch
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

If you knew a filename that was included then you could have run yum provides '*/DateTime.pm' for example.
