Error Database back up in centos

Post by feykun » 2017/08/14 06:27:34

I try to run pg_dump on CentOS 6 but some error occur: "error while loading shared libraries: liblber-2.3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

I already ran #yum install compat-openldap but that error still happens.

Any ideas to fix this?

What does rpm -qf $(which pg_dump) say? What about rpm -V postgresql ?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
