Please show me the function which use the pid in httpd.pid file to stop/kill httpd process when i Enter: "/usr/apache2/httpd/bin/httpd -k stop".

Ask whoever provided your installation of Apache httpd. Httpd wasn't installed from the normal CentOS repos.
