"this one" sounds like an rpmforge mirror and you should know that rpmforge has been dead for going on 5 years now. That means that none of its packages have had any updates, security or otherwise, for that time and its packages are increasingly unsafe. Do not use it.

Also, CentOS 6.4 has been out of support since the release of 6.5 in December 2013 so you are now at least 4 years out of date and badly need to yum update - possibly, until you sort out your rpmforge issues, using yum --disablerepo=\* --enablerepo=base,updates update so that you just receive updates to the operating system itself.

Thanks for update, Google Cloud still has this image available for selection and I am not using Centos 7 instead.

You really really really need to yum update that system to get to 6.9 plus all the fixes that have come out since that was released. You're running 6.4 which is from 2013 and so you have 5 years of high severity security vulnerabilities present. Lots of them.

Patch now before your system is compromised.
