Can't Load CentOS on IBM server system x3100 M4

I have a IBM Server (system x3100 M4). I tried install CentOS 6.2 on this server. But after Finish, The CentOS can't load. Myserver using ServerRaid C100 and i config raid type 1.

Please help me.

Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature.

Presumably you mean [url=http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/docdisplay?lndocid=MIGR-5088768]ServeRaid C100[/url] which seems to be a FakeRAID/HostRAID. Did you use their drivers? Exactly what happens when you try to boot?

It is probably preferable to just use software RAID. See the Wiki RAID articles:

thank for pschaff answer.

I tried install RedHat in list OS support of IBM product. but RedHat can't load.

and my customer want to use their hardware raid.

my friend said with me "Use IBM scripting toolkit to rebuild CentOS ISO and install centos rebuild to my server". but when i rebuild centos iso, my iso not run :(:(

That would be fine if they [u]had[/u] a hardware RAID but they do not, they have a FakeRAID controller where the intelligence resides in the operating system drivers. Use software RAID or buy a hardware RAID card.
