upgrade from 6.10 to centos 7?

Hi
I wonder how to upgrade from centos 6.10 to centos 7?
Expert showed step-by-step how to upgrade
but there was webside /dev.centos.org/.......... to get all upgrade PKGs were disappeared.
Would you let me know other link to get all PKGs.
I need to keep all programs in centos 6.10, but I need to upgrade centos 7 for newer cpu supporting.

The only way to do it is to back up your data and reinstall.

There is no upgrade from 6 to 7. There were once some very alpha packages that were up for testing but they broke and started killing the systems they were meant to be migrating so that have been withdrawn. They should not be used. They will break things. Badly.
