I am not able to ping CentOS vm from my windows host or connect out. using Bridged connection. Appreciate help and thanks in advance

That is the way NAT is supposed to work. You can connect out, but not in.
If you want to connect in, you need to use bridged mode instead.

I tried Bridged adaptor as well still not working. Do i have to change or update any network config files
