Urgent Help!! Monitoring tools over the internet

Hi Guys!

I would like to seek expert recommendation regarding what monitoring tool that we can use that can run over the internet with or without VPN. Right now I have no idea of a monitoring tool that can manage remote sites via INTERNET connection.

Scenario:

1. We don't have any dedicated network (WAN) to reach our client via mpls or leased line. Only internet is the option.
2. We are currently using a DELL server R420 that run CENTOS, we are planning to use the RMM port to monitor it remotely.
3. We have different clients using our product so we need to do a daily proactive monitoring for our systems.

I know this sounds crazy because monitoring tools work wonderful if you are belong to one network.

Please help if you know something that can work on this kind of requirement will be a big help for us moving forward.
