Unable to Resolve DNS Server

Hi, we have configrured the DNS in Centos 6 however when i check the wget <nameserver) it seems working, but when we try to resolve our Nameserver (ns1.example.com.np) [we have also update the <NS1.example.com.np> with APNIC DNS Reserve Update] from external network it says unable to resolve your domain, please advise. Rest configuration seems fine.

The tool to use for testing DNS servers is dig (from the bind-utils package), not wget.
