Cannot connect to 127.0.0.1 anymore

Does anybody knows how can i get back to my localhost? I get an error 404 all the times....

A 404 is a "page not found" error so you are talking to your http server and it is telling you that what you're asking it to do is not possible as the page you requested does not exist.

i can assure you that the page do exist, but i must have messed up something into a .conf file, i am trying to get back there.
I am using Bitnami/Joomla, which comes with its own Apache2, MyPhP,... and it all started when i changed the IP address.

Not sure if any help, but you seem to be trying to connect on port 80, but your .conf file says:

as it was mentioned by lightman47 in your config you have:
Listen 8080

so to be able to connect to httpd server on port 80 you may change port to:

if you not need your server to listen on port 8080
