As the title suggests, I've been having some issues remote connecting to my SSH server from external IP's. Within-network computers can successfully establish a connection to the internal IP address of my linux machine, but the connection times out any time I attempt the external IP address. External address is pingable and IT has confirmed that the SSH port is open for incoming connections.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...I'm completely stumped.
