Sunray on Centos

Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature.

Please do not dual-post. Your duplicate topic has been locked.

Nobody should be running anything on the extremely obsolete and thus unsupported CentOS-5.2. The current release is 5.8.

It might help if you provided a link to the information you found. I do see the Oracle provides Linux Server support for Sunray, as determined by a google on solaris sunray client linux OR centos OR RHEL OR "enterprise linux". See for instance Sun Ray Server Software. If there are CentOS/EL-5 packages I can't find them. A better targeted search might be solaris sunray centos OR RHEL OR "enterprise linux".

Thanks for the link, but I hope you have followed the advice about upgrading. For an installation that ancient see the CentOS 5.6 Release Notes Section 4 for details on the recommended update procedure, and CentOS 5.8 Release Notes for other information.
