How to remove rootkit from CentOS-6.6

One of my server infected by rootkit. In the top command UI some random processes using more than 1500 of %CPU using.

Plz help how can i resolve the problem

Backup your data and reinstall.

Any possibility of reinfection of new server if move/copy same source code and data.

You have to know how you got infected before you can stop it happening again
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
