When a specific local user login, I need the system to shut down automatically. What should I do for that?

Err, given that this is the CentOS forum you'll not be surprised to see that advice from Microsoft Technet is totally irrelevant. Indeed the first line of the page says:

Applies To: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012

Have a read of the shutdown man page and then look at the startup scripts (see bash(1) for details).
