Please urgently:VDI can't boot

Hi.
Desperately need help.
Today, suddenly collapsed in a virtual machine under virtualbox.
when I try to start again come in next message:
Starting udev:
Loading default kaymap (croatian): OK
Setting hostname something.xxxxx
No device found
Setting up Logical Volume Managment: /dev/hdc: open failed: No medium found
No volume gropup found
Checking filesystem
/ contains a file system with errors, check forced.
/: Inodes that were part of a corrupted orphan linked list found.

/: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.
(i.e., with -a or -p options)
*** An error accurred during the file system check.

Give root password for maintaince
(or type Control-D to continue):
Login incorrect.



I enter the correct root password, but the message is such that it is not the correct
It is centos5 guest OS with cpanel webhost soft. , and centos 6.3 host.

Please help :-/

That suggests something is seriously broken/corrupt on your filesystem. This is not a good thing (10 out of 10 for stating the obvious).
What happened, how did them virtual disk get corrupt?
BTW, since you're using cpanel, you may not be positing in the correct forum (perhaps the cpanel forums are more appropriate?).

Have you accidentally removed a disk image from the VM's settings in VirtualBox? Try readding it.

There was a power outage, a second virtual machine can boot normally, and the host machine (centos6).
I try crerate clone of that failur VM but the situation is the same.
The team on virtualbox forum says that the virtual machine boot normally but it gets stuck in the boot centos. I hope someone here knows more because I have no solutions :-/
