You can get updated info in this bug tracker as well:

Still having the problem for my i386 boxes as of 3:20 EST (apx. 7 hours after my first attempt at the updates). Short of ftp'ing the RPM files directly, and applying the updates that way, still broken.

Apparently, the developers are aware of the problem. We just have to wait for them to resolve the issue. The bug tracker is a good place to be monitoring the progress.

Are we sure that this is really resolved? I am able to update my CentOS 5.5 i386 boxes, but my x86_64 boxes are still failing on device-mapper-1.02.39-1.el5_5.2.i386.rpm in the x86_64 RPM folder with "Package does not match intended download".

As I read it, you are experiencing problems with 32-bit packages that are present in the 64-bit repo also failing?

If that is the case, please open a bug report.

Yes that is correct. I was about to open a bug report, but it looks like this may be resolving itself now. The third mirror succeed in downloading the package and yum completed the update.

Hi All

I developed this issue after a server re-image a few days ago and I am still getting the

Error Downloading Packages:
device-mapper-1.02.39-1.el5_5.2.i386: failure: RPMS/device-mapper-1.02.39-1.el5_5.2.i386.rpm from updates: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

I have tried to install the rpm's manually - failed because of conflicts, I have tried to --skip -broken, all to no avail.

Any other suggestions as the issue doesn't seem to be resolved yet.

Thanks
John
