Previously when I selected some text and then middle clicked on my mouse on a CentOS 5.8 system the text would be placed in the location the cursor currently was. However, since my yum update to 5.9, this does not seem to be the behavior anymore (middle click does not paste the selected text, or do anything apparently). googling about did not provide a solution for me.
Where is the middle click behavior defined in CentOS 5? Has anyone else noticed this? I actually updated another machine from 5.8 to 5.9 at the same time, and the middle click behavior remains the same, so it has me scratching my head a bit. I am accessing the server remotely through VNC.
