Did you get that when you try to put into sleep mode ?

I'm not running CentOS for my computer (which run SSD, HDD 1Tb and HDD 2Tb) but Ubuntu and I have no issue with large drive.

If it says 5.10 then it's most likely that you are running CentOS 5.10. Or, at least, a distribution based on 5.10. CentOS 5 is one version of CentOS and it's not upgradeable to CentOS 6, it requires a reinstall to change. Both are maintained and receive security updates but CentOS 6 is about 4 years newer than 5.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

You cannot. CentOS 5 is not upgradeable to 6.
