Conflicts with mysql

Hello. I try to update my mysql server version 5.1.69-1w5x86_64 with mysql51w-server -5.1.73-2.w5.x86_64 and the results are:

File /usr/lib64/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.16.0.0 from install of mysql51w-libs-5.1.73-2.w5.x86_64 conflicts with file from package libmysqlclient16-5.1.69-1.w5.x86_64
file /usr/lib64/mysql/libmysqlclient_r.so.16.0.0 from install of mysql51w-libs-5.1.73-2.w5.x86_64 conflicts with file from package libmysqlclient16-5.1.69-1.w5.x86_64

What can i do? .

Ask the place that supplied those packages - they are not CentOS supplied. The 'w' in their names makes it possible they are from webtatic which is not a recommended third party repo.
