hardware driver for ibmx3550m4

Hi Centos,
good day! i just install centos 5.4 to my new server ibm x3550m4. i cannot see any network card or simply eth0. where can i get the driver for this server?

Don't use 5.4. It is *6 years* old and highly insecure and contains many backlevel drivers. Go get the 5.11 DVD and install that instead. There have been many enhancements and new driver support added in the intervening 6 years. Not to mention dozens of security fixes.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
