Have tried many different recommendations online including below. Always receiving a 'No package npm available' message. Any ideas on how to get this installed with CentOS 5? Thanks.

Re: NPM installation - No package npm available
CentOS 5 is just too old to have anything as recent as node packages. In addition, it has less than 3 weeks of life left before it goes EOL. Better use a newer version instead.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
