No process found

Hi =), please I need help with a issue I have.=(
I have Centos 5.8 with elastix/asterisk installed in. When i boot my server almost all the processes are loaded, but comes a moment when the process of boot is always a message No process found, it is anything like:
.
..........
postfix... [OK]
asterisk process [OK]
avahi daemon [OK]
No process found
No process found
No process found
No process found
No process found
No process found
No process found
.
.
.
And never enter to the login of root. By SSH way i can connect to the console of root normaly, but from the server directly never =(.....
How could i solved it?
