You need to provide more information than that.

Do you see any messages? Is there anything in the logs? Note, this is the third time I have asked the same questions and have yet to receive a reply.

Are the keyboard lights flashing?
Are you using a graphical login or command line?
Can you use Ctrl-Alt-F2 (or F3, F4 etc) to switch to a different logical terminal?
Can you ping the IP address of this machine from another one?
Does Ctrl-Alt-Delete work to reboot the machine or do you need to use the reset or power button?

Thank you for your reply.

I do not see any messages on screen. There is no anything in the logs.

The keyboard lights is normal.

I am using command line.

I tried to use Ctrl+ALT+F2 or F3 , F4 and so far. The machine is not responsing.

I did ping the IP address of this machine from another machine. This is no responsing time. Lost 100%

Ctrl + Alt + Del keys does not work to reboot the machine. I need to user the reset button and power button as well.

Thanks.
