Blank screen using proprietary diver for Nvidia GeForce 745M

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to find help for my current problem. I'm using a new laptop with an nVidia GeForce GT745M card under CentOS 5 (and have to keep this version of CentOS). I tried to install the latest driver from nvidia (NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-367.57) using the .run file but always get blanck screen instead of loggin screen. I configured Xorg using /etc/X11/xorg.conf file with the following parameters:

Nothing appears to cause any error but I'm not an expert with Xorg...
I don't know if I provided enought details but if anyone has an idea of what could be done to get a graphic interface ,it would be nice :)

First you really do need to get off CentOS 5. It has less than 5 months of security support left and even now, only critical security bugs have been fixed for the last 2.5 years so it is increasingly unsafe. If you see a need to continue to run el5 beyond the end of March 2017 then you should really be purchasing a RHEL EUS subscription so that you receive security updates from RH for some time after the official EOL. That means you will need to run RHEL as well as have the subscription since CentOS will not be providing those fixes after March next year.

Second, it actually appears that you are not running CentOS at all in any case!

That's not a CentOS kernel which would have a uname -r in the format 2.6.18-416.el5 (the current latest) and since yours is showing that it's not been updated since 2011, that means you have 5 years of security vulnerabilities present including the latest CVE-2016-5195 which allows for trivial root access.

My own guess is that since your Xorg log shows it finding both an Intel and an nVidia chipset on your machine, you should probably be using bumblebee.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
