and here are reason for possible httpd errors:

So basically just use yum and don't forget to restart httpd.

It is nether necessary nor generally desirable to install webmin in order to use Apache. Please refrain from posting off-topic information, seemingly just to publicize your site. The directions on the second link are incoherent and incorrect.
