centos error when Server startup

hi everybody,
my problem in the image when startup server in the vmware :

i'm beginner in centOS linux , please help me step by step

It wants you to run `fsck -f /dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00` and reply Y to all the prompts.

you will receive this error every time restart or turn on-off your machine
if you have an important data-information on your machine its time to creat backup and repair or reinstall OS
because your machine is unstable,

You do not have enough information to say if this is true or false. The OP might have had a power cut preceding the error or some other crash/event that caused the machine to shutdown uncleanly. You cannot say that it will always happen because you do not know what caused it.
