Qmail smtp limit

Hi, Can any one suggest how can I restrict user sending mail on hourly limit? For say user can send 50 mail in one hour. User will get warning mail if he reach limit.

Will trapinting or spamthrotol work? do I have to recompile qmail for that?

Also postmaster or a admin user will get an email that particular user have sent 100 mail during hour, is that possible?

Qmail is not a CentOS supplied package. As you can see from the number of replies you've had, it's not exactly popular here. We recommend using the distro supplied packages which are postfix, exim or sendmail on CentOS 5 (or postfix and sendmail on CentOS 6).
