Post by daspossum » 2015/01/12 13:19:35

Hello,

i have a problem with passwd. When I make a new user or change the password, I have this error message:
/usr/share/cracklib/pw_dict: error reading header
PWOpen: Success

Can you help me, please?

Run rpm -V cracklib-dicts to see if the files are corrupted.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
