php-cgi very high and httpd -k restart looping :(
why php-cgi and php-fpm consuming cpu usage is very high, making the CPU usage to 100% of what I need to do in order cpu usage can be normal again? and me check in htop why /httpd -k restart repeating? please help me thank you

You're not running the copy of apache httpd that is supplied by CentOS so you will need to ask your panel vendor for support. Nothing that CentOS ships is installed under /usr/local.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

Ask webuzo. You no longer qualify for CentOS support. Panels install their own software outside the CentOS installation/maintenance methods.
Normal centOS support procedures will only break it more than webuzo already has.
