Welcome to the CentOS fora. Please see the recommended reading for new users linked in my signature.

The OS cannot be installed with software RAID0. Only RAID1 is supported for /boot with software RAID. Other partitions could be RAID0. You could install on RAID0 with a true hardware RAID, but RAID0 is not recommended for the OS as the failure of one disk will kill the whole system. If you want to use RAID0 for data, then use a smaller single disk for the OS, and keep good backups of anything valuable.

Also a 6TB disk will require a GPT label instead of the more usual DOS MBR type. To boot from a volume with a GPT label you need a system with UEFI rather than a legacy BIOS. Two possibilities: one attach your drives to a hardware RAID controller and set it up to present 2 separate disk drives to the system - the first with enough space to install the system and the second containing the remainder of your 6TB. Second possibility, install a third drive and use that to boot from and to install your o/s, leave the 6TB RAID 0 array to contain your data.
