Hai, i'm doing a web development in windows base and my server is CentOS, so i have dificulty to find the error cause by the case sensitive.
Is there a way to configure CentOS to becoming case insensitive.

No, the entire operating system is case sensitive.

You'll probably find it easier to just convert everything you're doing to lowercase.
