What makes you think this exists? Where did you see it?

Re: CentOS 6.5 missing server settings
1. That is not an all encompassing server configuration tool. It is a tool for http only.
2. RHEL4 is End of Life and unsupported. Its documentation is irrelevant.

Re: CentOS 6.5 missing server settings
That page says that as an alternative to using the menu, you can run `system-config-httpd` so, to confirm that it no longer exists, you can run `yum provides '*/system-config-httpd'` and find that it tells you that it doesn't exist.
If you need documentation, better to read the doc on redhat.com relating to the RHEL release that's equivalent to the CentOS version you're using - in this case RHEL6.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
