Mysql tcl install

Post by Teichou » 2009/12/31 19:26:46

I am trying to install mysqltcl for cent os
I got the mysqltcl-3.05-0.src.rpm from http://www.xdobry.de/mysqltcl/
then I did rpmbuild --rebuild mysqltcl-3.05-0.src.rpm
I see mysqltcl-3.05-0.i386.rpm and mysqltcl-debuginfo-3.05-0.i386.rpm in /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386
passed that I am not sure what to do. If any one could help that would be nice

1. Do not build as root.
2. Do the required reading.
3. Find it in EPEL repo.
Name : tcl-mysqltcl
Arch : x86_64
Version : 3.05
Release : 10.el5
Size : 48 k
Repo : epel
Summary : MySQL interface for Tcl
URL : http://www.xdobry.de/mysqltcl
License : MIT
Description: Mysqltcl is an extension to the Tool Command Language (Tcl) that
: provides high-level access to a MySQL database server.
4. If that does not work read How to Rebuild a Source RPM.
5. "yum localinstall ..."
