CentOS can't detect my slave HDD

Please, read the title. What i have to do to fix this? please help me! i need to transfer some important data to the primary hdd. thanks! :-(

use the command 'fdisk -l' to see what all drives are visible. also the 'dmesg' command will show you hardware detected at boot time.

Thanks! but i have a new problem, when i connect the slave hdd then at boot time the system tells that is read-only file system and i cant boot the system... :-(

check your master / slave settings, could be a bad cable, could be a bad interface. Check Bios settings - can the system detect the correct param's for each drive...
