watchdog_task: NIC Link is Up 10 Mbps Full Duplex

Post by zion » 2008/10/08 01:21:39

Got a virtuozzo vps *NODE* that I leased and today, it locked up twice (stopped pinging out of the blue). First reboot went into fsck mode successfully completed anyway.

how can I trace the cause of the lockup? I'm thinking iptables, but I'm not experienced with iptables, any tips appreciated.

I want to make sure flushing iptables won't lock up the node again

/var/log/messages shows this:

As the above is not a CentOS supplied kernel, I think it might be best for you to talk to your leasing company first - as any advice we give may cause further problems and not resolve your issue.
