recover information from damaged mirror

Post by frex2002 » 2009/01/22 13:08:32

Hello everybody,
I have a Centos 4.0 installation on a server with RAID 1, consisting of two discs.
This morning I could not access the server and saw that the mirror was broken, I removed one of the discs and has not worked.
I need to recover valuable information and do not like, you can someone tell me the best way to do this?
Thank you very much

Fail the bad drive, and add the new drive.

If confirmed, the two discs are damaged, can not boot with either, Do you know someone tool to retrieve the information? I do not care facility
