I have an updated version of my documentation for anyone that would like it.

It now adds the following pieces:
The DansGuardian antivirus plugin and all of the dependencies.
ifTop interface usage display (think top, but for network interfaces).


The next version will contain setting up multiple "WAN" providers using 802.1q for redundant Internet links on a single firewall.

Future plans include setting up dual reundant firewalls using Linux HA.
