there are two computers
one is Core 2 Duo
another is AthlonXP 1700+

I want to setup a CentOS 4.4 (x86_64) on the Core2Due one .
the other has CentOS 4.4 (i386)
is it possible to network these two computers and share internet connection ?

(in windows I heard that we cant network one vista with another winXP)

I don't see why you won't be able to. Set the Athlon as the firewall/gateway/router with Iptables to NAT the Core 2 Duo.

You can google for iptables NAT and find more info.

Cheers.
