where's my full memory?

hi,

i've got centos 4 and a server amd x64 with 12Go of memory but i can see only 3 Go.
in the config kernel, i can't see the "HIGHMEMORY" option and it seems that with the x64, there's no kernel-PAE in the centplus repository...

so how do you do to have the higt memory?

thank you an advance for any answers.
