need xfs_check64

I have a 6.5TB file system with millions of files. I tried to run xfs_check butit keeps running out of memory. Checking the web, there's a mention of a 64-bit version of xfs_check called xfs_check64 but I can't find this anywhere in centosplus. Does anyone have this readily available?
