Oracle 9i on Centos 4.x Server

Hi,

i want to use apache, php4, Oracle 9i combination. i don't want to use gui. is it possible to use this combination with Centos 4.x server? is there a documentation this?

Hi, it's not exactly your requested combination but I've got Oracle 10g, Apache and PHP 1.5.6 running on a CentOS 64 bits. It's working like charm and it was so easy to install. I've no doubt that you can configure your desire combination with no problem at all.
There's plenty docs on the web on how to configure everything. Maybe if you can post your desired combination (version & models) we can point out where to find docs about it.

You also mentioned gui, what's exactly that?

i install Oracle 9i on Centos 4.2 succesfully. i'll try with 4.4 today.
